International Women's day is celebrated every year on 8th of March. This day is a very important day for every Women's all across the world. This day is mainly focus on Women's rights , women's empowerment , equality etc.  In So  many  country people take rally on this day . And many women have been awarded for his good works . 

Theme of Women's day 2021

The campaign theme for The International Women's day 2021 is "Choose to challenge". It means ' a challenge world is an alert world and from the challenges changes  will occur.  So this year let's start  #choosetochallenge.

Origination of International Women's day 

Firstly International Women's day started in Germany on 8 March, 1914 ,possibly because that day was Sunday. In 1914 This day was dedicated to Women's right to vote,  which German women didn't win until 1918. So from 1914 all countries started celebrating this as The International Women's day. 

Women empowerment 

Empowerment of women is very necessary for the development of a society,  it also enhances both the quality and quantity of human resources available for the development. 

How can we empowering women

1. Mentoring women personally and professionally .

2. Giving more job opportunities in every sector because today various sectors which do not included for women job , so giving more job opportunities is the best way to develope a well educated society 

3 . Placing women as a leader and give them decisions for making the role.

I have shown a  short  article to empower  the women . There are a lot of ways for the empowerment of  Women's.
